What is your refund policy

If yummybrews determines that the product does not conform to the specification, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

For a wrong product shipped, we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.

For any other refund, please write in to us at email: drinksoup@yummybrews.com and we will response to you within 48 hours.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship in Singapore.

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons such as traffic or bad weather.

How much does shipping cost

Our shipping charge is a flat $10 charge regardless of location in Singapore.

How are my products shipped?

Our products are stored in pouches at room temperature with an insulated bag.

Can I use my own shipping account?

No, as we aim to deliver our product fresh within the same-day delivery, we only use a trustable and reliable shipping company.

When will my order ship?

We strive to make our food as fresh as possible. We do not pre-cook and pack our food. Therefore all orders received requires at least two workings day.

All orders received before 8pm daily will be shipped out two days later. Orders after 9pm require three workings days.

E.g. Order received on Monday at 2pm; we will deliver it out on Wednesday.

Order received on Monday at 9pm; we will deliver it out on Thursday.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm.
